Gabriel looked deeply and sincerely at Helios as he continued speaking.

“You have indeed been faithful in all that God has entrusted you with. By the gift of the Most High, it is now your privilege to pass the Gates of Time to the many ends of God’s deep space as a free agent. You may go where you will, for you have earned this trust.

“It is now my privilege to show you many of the wonders of this great and sacred place. I requested that I be allowed to fulfill that noble task, so that I might show you where I am at work, in hope that you might choose to join me in a great adventure from time to time.”

Helios beamed with joy and excitement. He was already in a state of fulfillment, yet this opportunity seemed absolutely thrilling, and he welcomed his new friend with great enthusiasm.

 

“On with the adventure!” he exclaimed.
